IBSAT National Mock Test (All India 2024 Mock Test)

IBSAT 2024 is an online proctored management entrance test designed to assess candidates for admission to the IBS (ICFAI Business School) campuses MBA/PGPM 2025-27.
The test syllabus, similar to CAT, consists of four sections, with a total of 140 marks to be completed in 120 minutes.

A single application through IBSAT provides access to 9 IBS campuses across India, with the test scheduled for December 28th and 29th. Post-test, the selection process will take place in February/March 2025 at IBS Hyderabad. To help aspirants and their families gain a deeper understanding of IBS, selection briefings will be held in major cities across India during January, 2025 led by Information officers, campus representatives and distinguished IBS alumni.

As part of the preparation, IBS is offering a National Mock Test series starting from August 31st, with eight test dates available until December 7th. These mock tests provide a valuable opportunity for candidates to practice in a simulated environment, and only those who take the proctored mock tests will be eligible for prize money.

A total of 100 prizes will be awarded, with the top three prizes being Rs 1,00,000, Rs 50,000, and Rs 25,000, respectively, and 97 additional prizes of Rs 5,000 each.
Registrations for these mock tests are free, making it an accessible opportunity for all aspiring management students.

Official Rules :- Participating in the National Mock Test does not require the purchase of an application. To be eligible for this promotion, you must:

• Be a legal resident of India.
• Have a valid email address and Internet access prior to and during the promotion.
• Test requires to be proctored using the Zoom and video must be on.
• Have graduated between 2022 and 2024, or be a final-year student graduating in 2025.
• Current employees, directors, agents, and officers of ICFAI Business School and its affiliates, as well as their immediate families and people living in their household, are not eligible to enter the promotion. The promotion is void outside of India and where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Any legal proceeding/s to be initiated by Parties (Test Takers/Users), shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India only.
• Any failure in connecting through the internet is the sole responsibility of the test taker.
• If the test taker is found to be cheating while writing the test, the test will be disqualified.
• The consent of video proctoring/recording of the test needs to be agreed by the test taker as part of terms and conditions.
• The decision byICFAI Business School (IBS) regarding eligibility, shortlisting etc will be binding. We regret that we will be unable to share the scores for each participating team.

Registration :-

Test takers should register with the required credentials and schedule their test in the available slots for proctored tests.

After registering, you need to verify your email. Upon successful verification, you can log in.

You can either write the practice test or proctored test.

You can take a maximum of 5 practice tests, either before or after the proctored test.

Proctored test will require a zoom link, which is available in the portal itself next to the test link, if you have not opened the zoom link or not switched on your video, you are not eligible for the prize money.

Proctored tests can be taken only once.

The Zoom link and test link will be available on your login page on the test date.

You should log in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled test slot start time to verify your attendance and prepare for the proctored requirement, adjusting the video.

The ICFAI Business School(IBS) server will serve as the official timekeeper for the promotion.

The email address you provide will be the primary means of communication. All entries must be submitted in English. Once you submit your entry, no further changes can be made, even if there is time remaining in the Promotion Term.

Steps to Follow for Taking the Test :-

1. Login to the Portal:
   • Access the test portal by logging in with your credentials.
2. Click the Test Link:
   • Select the link labeled "Click here to take Proctored Mock Test".
3. Join the Zoom Session:
   • Open the provided Zoom link for proctoring and ID verification.
4. Wait for Entry:
   • Wait for the proctor to allow you into the Zoom room.
5. Prepare for the Test:
   • Once inside, switch on your video.
   • Rename your Zoom display name to match your NMT username.
   • Present your ID for verification (any government-issued ID with your full name as registered in the NMT, or your college ID card).
6. Begin the Test:
   • The test link will become available on the NMT portal at your designated time slot.

Judging:-

Entrants in the top 100 ranks will receive prizes. The names of the winners will be announced no later than 15 days after the last test date i.e. 14th December of the National Mock Exam. There will be no random selection of entries.

Prizes will be awarded after verifying the Class 10 certificate and graduation marks sheets, including age, year of passing, and percentage of graduation. A minimum of 50% marks in graduation (if passed) and in the second year (if graduating in 2025) is compulsory.

In the event of a tie between two winners, the test taker who completed the test on the earliest date will be awarded. If the test dates are also the same, the award will go to the test taker who finished the exam in the shortest amount of time.

• FIRST PRIZE: Rs.100000/- Gift card for the first rank
• SECOND PRIZE: Rs.50000/- Gift card for the second rank
• THIRD PRIZE: Rs.25000/- Gift card for the third rank
• OTHER PRIZE: Rs.5000/- Gift cards for Ranks 4 to 100.

Winner Notification:

The ICFAI Business School (IBS) will notify the prize winners via email. Each winner will have seven (7) business days from the email notification to claim his or her prize.

If a notification email is returned as undeliverable, the ICFAI Business School (IBS) is unable to contact a potential winner within seven (7) business days, or the potential winner fails to respond within the given time period, disqualification may occur, and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. The ICFAI Business School (IBS) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decide whether an alternate winner should be selected and is not obliged to select such an alternate winner.

Prize Delivery:

The time taken to check and approve claims may vary. Entrants should expect to receive their prizes within approximately thirty (30) days of successfully claiming their prize.

Right to Disqualify, Modify, Cancel, Suspend, or Amend: The ICFAI Business School (IBS) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion for any reason.

Prize Distribution: Prizes will be distributed in January 2025 during the IBS selection briefing meetings in the respective cities. Winners will be notified and invited to attend these briefings, where the prizes will be awarded.
