ICFAI Business School(IBS)|IBSAT National Mock Test (NMT) 2025

The National Mock Test (NMT), designed like the IBSAT final test on December 27 & 28, 2025, follows a pattern similar to popular management exams such as CAT, NMAT by GMAC™, XAT, and GMAT™.
It’s a great chance for you to check your preparedness and win exciting prizes.

To apply for IBS 9 Campus MBA/PGPM 2026-28 program you should apply for IBSAT and take the Dec 27 & 28 Test or submit the scores from CAT, NMAT by GMAC™, XAT, and GMAT™.

NMT Pattern is same as IBSAT :-

Duration: 2 Hours

Mode of Examination: Remote Proctored Computer-Based Test (CBT)

No Negative Marks, No Section Time Limit.

Proctored Test :

NMT can be taken only once as per the scheduled date and must be proctored through Zoom to be eligible for prize money.

The test is conducted on the third Saturday of each month, except in December, with a total of five test dates available for registration as per the below schedule.

Practice Test:

The practice version of the NMT can be taken up to five times on any date and time, without the need for Zoom proctoring, but it will not be eligible for prize money,
these tests are available throughout the period except on the scheduled proctored test dates.

Official Rules :- Participating in the National Mock Test does not require the purchase of an IBSAT application. To be eligible for this promotion, you must:

• Be a legal resident of India.
• Have a valid email address and Internet access prior to and during the promotion.
• Test requires to be proctored using the Zoom and video must be on.
• Have graduated between 2023 and 2025, or be a final-year student graduating in 2026.
• Current employees, directors, staff, and officers of ICFAI Business School and its affiliates, as well as their immediate families and people living in their household, are not eligible to enter the promotion. The promotion is void outside of India and where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
• Any failure in connecting through the internet is the sole responsibility of the test taker.
• If the test taker is found to be cheating while writing the test, the test will be disqualified.
• The consent of video proctoring/recording of the test needs to be agreed by the test taker as part of terms and conditions.

Judging:-

Entrants in the top 100 ranks will receive prizes. The names of the winners will be announced no later than 20 days after the last test date i.e. 13th December 2025 of the National Mock Exam. There will be no random selection of entries.

Prizes will be awarded after verifying the Class 10 certificate and graduation marks sheets, including age, year of passing, and percentage of graduation. A minimum of 50% marks in graduation (if passed) and in the second year (if graduating in 2026) is compulsory.

In the event of a tie between two winners, the test taker who completed the test on the earliest date will be awarded. If the test dates are also the same, the award will go to the test taker who finished the exam in the shortest amount of time.

Prizes :

• FIRST PRIZE: Rs.100000/- Gift card for the first rank
• SECOND PRIZE: Rs.50000/- Gift card for the second rank
• THIRD PRIZE: Rs.25000/- Gift card for the third rank
• OTHER PRIZE: Rs.5000/- Gift cards for Ranks 4 to 100.

Winner Notification:

The ICFAI Business School (IBS) will notify the prize winners via email. Each winner will have seven (7) business days from the email notification to claim his or her prize.

If a notification email is returned as undeliverable, the ICFAI Business School (IBS) is unable to contact a potential winner within seven (7) business days, or the potential winner fails to respond within the given time period, disqualification may occur, and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. The ICFAI Business School (IBS) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decide whether an alternate winner should be selected and is not obliged to select such an alternate winner.

Prize Delivery:

The time taken to check and approve claims may vary.Candidates should expect to receive their prizes within approximately thirty (30) days of successfully claiming their prize.

Right to Disqualify, Modify, Cancel, Suspend, or Amend: The ICFAI Business School (IBS) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion for any reason.

Prize Distribution:

Prizes will be distributed in January 2026 during the IBS selection briefing meetings to be conducted in nearly 70 cities across India. Winners will be notified and invited to attend selection briefings of their choice to collect the prizes. If in case the winner is unable to attend the selection briefing, he will be given an opportunity to visit the nearest/alloted IBS Information office to collect the prize.
